It delivered three clear outcomes: a scoring model to measure maturity across pillars and the buying cycle (and recommend best practices), a relationship health score to align strategy and messaging, and a capability view to surface common challenges and target support.

Partners also asked for a dedicated ServiceNow counterpart on marketing strategy and campaign planning, and highlighted low awareness of available resources and the Global Solutions Framework.
