Zebra partner engagement had slipped. Fewer users were using the self-serve platform, and downloads of spec sheets, co-branded materials and other assets were falling.
The fix needed to be a reset: increase engagement, improve the UX so it's faster and easier, lift interactions and downloads, speed up content distribution, and rebuild partner rapport.

Our partnermarketing.com team reviewed the full partner journey and mapped how to improve the experience, drawing on best practice, comparable programs, and deep knowledge of Zebra, its portfolio and its partners.
We worked closely with Zebra stakeholders throughout, capturing feedback on what wasn't working, where the UX needed to improve, and the key pain points to solve.

Templates for success.
We designed and built a suite of email and banner templates that let the Zebra team create campaigns without HTML—upload copy and imagery, tweak colors, and add links in minutes.
Partners can then access and deploy the emails instantly, via their own systems or through partner marketing. The Resource Library also provides auto co-branded assets like PDFs, where partners can add their details and value proposition.

The results.
Dozens of Zebra partners immediately fed back that the platform was much easier to use. Engagement, usage and downloads all climbed.
Asset downloads jumped from 12 in the five months pre-rollout to 2,006 over the same period the following year—a 167x increase.
